Exchange Policy

At NYVA, every piece is thoughtfully made. We encourage mindful purchasing as we don’t offer refunds — so please check product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to answer questions.

By placing an order, you agree to our store policies below:

Exchanges

• You have 14 days to request an exchange.

• Email us at info@nyvascarves.com with your order number to get started. Please attach visual proof (image, video etc) of the tags still attached.

• We can offer a different size, another style, or store credit (valid for 6 months). Please note: this excludes hijabs as we are unable to offer exchange or returns on hijabs for hygiene purposes.

• Items must be in original packaging, with all tags attached, unworn and undamaged.

What Can’t Be Exchanged

• Worn, washed, or altered items

• Hijabs and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards / store credit

Refunds

• Orders are final and non-refundable.

• If an item is faulty or damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit once the item is returned and assessed. Please attach visual proof (image, video etc) of the damage and the team will assess the outcome of your request.

  The only valid reason for a return would be for a damaged product*, in which case photos must be provided. No other reasons will be accepted under any circumstance (this includes but not limited to: refusal to pay customs fees, change of mind etc).

  The return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

  *Please note: the occasional loose thread is not deemed to be a faulty item

• Shipping fees, customs charges, and duties are not refundable.

Shipping & Returns

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Please use a tracked courier service — NYVA is not liable for lost or delayed parcels.

• Exchanges must be approved by our team before sending items back.

Cancellations & Changes

• Orders can’t be cancelled once processing has begun.

• Any changes (size, style, etc.) must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
