PROCESSING TIMES
All orders placed are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after Friday 5pm AEST will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. All NYVA orders are hand packed with love from our base here in Melbourne, Australia. Please note that all duties and taxes that may be incurred upon arrival to your country is outside of our control, and therefore we assume no responsibility for the payment of duties/taxes fees. If your parcel is returned to us for this reason your order will not be eligible for a refund. If your parcel is sent back to us without being pre-approved by the team it will not be eligible for a refund. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address you will need to cover the shipping costs to have it resent to your address. |

Pre-orders:
- Please note that all the relevant timelines and information for the pre-orders are available within the item listings. Placing an order thereby confirms that you have agreed to these terms and conditions. Therefore all orders are final.
- If there is a circumstance beyond your control and you need to cancel your order please email our team via info@nyvascarves.com within 24 hours of placing your order, with your order number and reasons for wanting to cancel, and the team will work you with you to resolve the issue.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations (including to sizes, items, or shipping addresses) as our warehouse team begins processing immediately to ensure timely dispatch.
If you choose to use DHL OnDemand and request delivery without a signature, NYVA is not liable for any loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered.
If your parcel is returned to us due to missed or refused delivery, a return shipping fee will be charged.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, your local customs authority may apply duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Because customs policies vary widely between countries, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
Please note:

NYVA is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance delays once your order has shipped.

If customs charges are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be considered non-refundable.

Any shipping or return costs resulting from customs refusal will not be covered or reimbursed.

Customers are required to pay all return shipping and handling fees before we can re-ship the order or process further requests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of and prepared to cover any customs fees that may apply to their delivery.
