PROCESSING TIMES
All orders placed are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after Friday 5pm AEST will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. All NYVA orders are hand packed with love from our base here in Melbourne, Australia. Please note that all duties and taxes that may be incurred upon arrival to your country is outside of our control, and therefore we assume no responsibility for the payment of duties/taxes fees. |

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The only valid reason for a return would be for a damaged hijab, in which case photos must be provided. No other reasons will be accepted under any circumstance (this includes but not limited to: refusal to pay customs fees)
The return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that we will refund you for the full cost of the product excluding shipping as this has already been used by the carrier.
Exclusions:
- Certain items are not eligible for return, such as gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team for assistance.
Pre-orders:
- Please note that all the relevant timelines and information for the pre-orders are available within the item listings. Placing an order thereby confirms that you have agreed to these terms and conditions. Therefore all orders are final.
- If there is a circumstance beyond your control and you need to cancel your order please email our team via info@nyvascarves.com within 24 hours of placing your order, with your order number and reasons for wanting to cancel, and the team will work you with you to resolve the issue.
