- Please note that all orders are final once placed - there is a 2 hour window in which you can email us via info@nyvascarves.com.
- Please detail the reason for cancellation, alongside your order number and our team will respond to you as soon as they can with an outcome.
Pre-orders:
- Please note that all the relevant timelines and information for the pre-orders are available within the item listings. Placing an order thereby confirms that you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
- If there is a circumstance beyond your control and you need to cancel your order please email our team via info@nyvascarves.com with your order number and reasons for wanting to cancel, and the team will work you with you to resolve the issue. This does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled.
- Please note that all orders are final once they are placed and we cannot offer cancellations for change of mind. We would strongly advise that you read through our policies thoroughly before placing an order to avoid disappointment. Thank you for your understanding.
